Your gift
will be shipped the very next business day (Monday through Friday) after
we receive your order. Please
call us on 888-4-LVEROSE (888-458-3767) if your gift needs to be shipped the same day you place
your order, and we will do our very best to accommodate you as time allows.

ship from Fredericksburg, Virginia 22406 & Richmond, Virginia
23221. We
have found FedEx to be the most reliable and cost effective option
available. The
dramatic rise in fuel costs has created drastically higher shipping costs
for everyone. The rates we offer for FedEx shipping are substantially
lower than rates you would receive shipping the same package yourself
(remember: books are fairly heavy).
Our
shipping options ensure your gift will arrive at its freshest
(especially the cookies in the women's gifts and the cocoa and lollipops
in the children's gifts). An additional gift sent to the same
address is shipped at a 50% discount.
Shipping
is guaranteed for on-time delivery. Business
days for shipping do not include Saturdays,
Sundays or holidays. Delivery guarantees do not include weather or circumstances beyond
carrier
control.
Express
Saver will be delivered in two to three business days.
It is our most cost-effective option. $7.95
2-Day
Air will be delivered by 7pm two business
days after your gift is shipped. $14.95
Overnight
will be delivered by 3pm the next business day after your gift
is shipped. $28.95
Saturday
delivery is available through FedEx by request. Their rate is
typically $40 over our standard Overnight option. Occasionally,
we may choose to ship overnight packages via USPS Priority and
Express Mail services as they deliver on Saturdays, to post office boxes, to
military addresses and to very rural areas FedEx cannot. These services
are also
guaranteed and impressively reliable. Delayed
Shipping
Shop Now, Ship Later! For
your convenience, we will hold a gift up to one month for delivery. Enter
your preferred date of delivery
on the order form and we'll estimate the best day to send out your
package. We
prefer gifts arrive earlier than later, so your package may arrive a day
early. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date unless you arrange
with us for FedEx Guaranteed Delivery ahead of time.

you're shipping a gift to Virginia, we have to collect 5% sales tax. A small

Autographed
Book Plates
Some
of the authors of the books we select have been kind enough to
sign book plates for us to include with their books. Book plates
are square stickers with the words "Autographed Edition"
and room for the author to sign their name. They are affixed to
the title page inside the book. Autographed book plates make
our gifts more personal and the books quite collectible.

refund the full purchase price of the package. And even though it's the
thought that counts, we will happily, and discretely, exchange a gift

for one of our gifts for any reason aside from the rare but
occasional shipping carrier issue. We're

perfection is always the goal... Unfortunately,
delivery carriers, suppliers, the weather (and we) are not
perfect, and occasionally there are times when we have to make
substitutions to ensure your gift goes out on time. Items
will only be substituted (only when absolutely necessary) with gifts
that are similar in cost and kind. Please know that we will
never compromise the "spirit" of your gift. In
our gifts for women this means that the book is the centerpiece of
your gift. If, for example, we needed to select a different CD to
replace Mozart for Morning Coffee, we would choose another
classical CD that was light and airy and would first look to
Mozart, but perhaps even another composer if that were the best
fit available. But we would never just throw in any old CD because
it happened to be handy. Promise. For
children's gifts, we make (again, only when absolutely necessary) alternative
selections based on the theme and age-appropriateness of your
gift. For instance, Angelina Ballerina (about a ballerina mouse)
would probably delight any little girl who would have enjoyed
Clorinda (about a ballerina cow). Have
